Shipping

We ship across all of Egypt. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery time depends on your governorate. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Inspect Before You Accept

When your order arrives, you have the right to open and inspect it with the courier before paying — take 5–10 minutes to check the items and try them on. If a piece isn't right for you, hand it back to the courier immediately and pay only the shipping fee.

Please note: once the courier leaves, orders that were accepted cannot be refunded or exchanged, so we encourage you to always use your inspection window.

Exchanges

For approved exchange requests, shipping and handling costs are covered by the customer.

Sale Items

You may inspect sale orders on delivery as usual, but sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged after the courier leaves.

Large Orders

Orders containing 4 or more items require a 50% deposit within 24 hours of placing the order to confirm it. Unconfirmed orders are cancelled automatically.

Manufacturing Defects

You have 30 days from the delivery date to report any manufacturing defect. Contact us through the contact page with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll make it right. Reports after the 30-day window cannot be accommodated.
